A typical project will involve an assessment of the customer's needs, an analysis of those needs, and needed strategies. We then complete an analysis of the specific points, we review with the customer, research, analyze the data, and interview staff as required. The development of a report and suggestions for improvement and implementation. We confer with the customer and agree on areas of focus and development of an implementation strategy for improvements.

We provide coaching to help you develop processes, procedures, staff training, and strategies that can be implemented to ensure growth and success. A non-traditional accelerator that connects' investors, with innovators and start-up companies via our live and virtual events. We work with companies to help them, position themselves to generate revenues, business development, create strategic alliances, partnerships and prepare to raise funds.
A one-year course is available.
We consult with companies to help them prepare to raise funds, host pitch events and connect companies with prospective investors for capital raise. Using our eSiPitch Athletes + Tech + Business, eSports Business Accelerator, and Athletes in Cannabis platforms and events. Leveraging our extensive network, resources, and relationships to connect companies, investors, professional athletes and founders.
Bringing together our trifecta of experts Andy Gray - Inunity, Cliff Pierre – Revenue Boomers, and Reginald Grant to provide a broad range of branding analysis, social media strategy/implementation, and brand positing expertise to help our clients.
We consult and manage virtual events on Hopin, Zoom, and other platforms. Develop virtual event strategies and event management. Live customer service support during the event. Live tech support during the event. Recording Editing for customized/branded content. Platform Configuration & Technical Support - Pick and drop required features at a room level. Design & Branding – Registration, Reception area, and Exhibitor Booths. Customized design services, and branding touchpoints. We can build out the event elements, including sponsor logos, schedule, expo booths, etc.
