Reginald Grant, MSEd is a Business Strategist, Speaker, and Author.

Reginald often delivers dynamic keynote addresses, facilitates workshops, and works with youth on developing and implementing "A Winner's Mindset."

Grant has been an entrepreneur since his college days at the University of Oregon. He has helped grow numerous businesses from conception to millions in revenue. He currently consults with early-stage companies, helping them to foster business growth and success.

He is the author of “Entrepreneur: Your Guide To Starting Your Business” (2020), “Managing Your Brand: You Can Pimp Me, But You Have To Pay Me” (2019), Youth Entrepreneur Impact Program(YEIP) (2018), “Thoughts of An Urban Teacher” (2017), “Effective Mentoring in the 21st Century” (2017), "Success Stories Insights by African American Men" and the workbook for young readers (2016), “200 Writing Prompts.

Grant has a master’s in education, curriculum, and instruction with an emphasis in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). He has a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Oregon. He served on the State of California English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (ELPAC) Team for several years, and in 2011, he was on the California High School Exit Exam (CASEE) Review Team. Grant is considered a leading expert on Reaching and Teaching African American and other urban youth. A certificated English teacher since 2002, teaching urban youth, English Language Learners, and international ESL students. He is also a former NFL player for the New York Jets, and in the CFL

He works with a variety of organizations, including the Retired NFL Players Congress/JH Design Group, the largest manufacturer of licensed jackets outside China. With licenses from the NFL. The NBA, MLB, NHL, NASCAR, and more, are located here in Los Angeles. The National Alliance of African American Athletes, the NFLPA Los Angeles chapter, the NFLPA Orange County chapter, and the NFL Alumni. Several veterans’ groups here in the Los Angeles region and nationally.

He is also considered a leading expert on Reaching and Teaching African American and other urban youth. A certificated English teacher since 2002, teaching urban youth and international ESL students. He also finds time to serve on several boards of national organizations working with youth. He is the author of "Thoughts of An Urban Teacher" (2017), "Effective Mentoring in the 21st Century" (workbook 2017), "Success Stories Insights by African American Men"(2016),”A Case for Bilingual Education” (2015),“A Teacher’s View Education in America.”(2014) and numerous teacher guides, workbooks, and articles.

 

He is the CEO of eSportsInstruction.com, "eSports Business Accelerator," and a partner in multiple projects and Grant Language Academy. The Grant Language Academy provides university tours for international students and families, summer ESL programs, workshops for urban youth on academic skill development, and summer author programs. GLA also provides workshops for educational professionals and other groups.
